Registration
The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference programme booklet, all available presentations in pdf format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception.
Italian companies are not charged VAT during registration, but are responsible for paying Italian VAT through the reverse charge mechanism. All other customers are charged Italian VAT. Companies in the EU may be able to reclaim Italian VAT. Companies from outside the EU will not be able to reclaim Italian VAT. For further information on Italian VAT, please refer to our VAT page.
Super Early registration is €775 (€945.50 including VAT at 22%) and ends on 30 April 2025. The Early Bird rate of €875 (€1067.50 including VAT) will then apply from until 6 June 2025, followed by the Standard rate of €975 (€1189.50 including VAT) from 7 June 2025 and the Final rate of €1075 (€1311.50 including VAT) after 1 September 2025. Insulation producers benefit from a €200 discount on the pre-VAT registration fees. Confirmed speakers register for €595 (€725.90 including VAT), while confirmed insulation-producer speakers register free. Registration fees do not include the conference dinner, at the fabulous Villa Muggia, Stresa (see details here), which is bookable separately during registration at a cost of €150 (€165 including VAT at 10%).
Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter future registration fees on an ongoing-basis, if required by currency movements or other unavoidable circumstances. Pre-existing bookings will not be affected.
